Vincent is currently Chief Growth Officer at Humm Systems, the leading real-time patient feedback and analytics platform. Humm curates live customer sentiment at the “moment of emotion” and provides the insights needed to design the optimal customer experience. Prior to Humm, Vincent was CEO of Televero® Health, a virtual care, population health, telehealth and remote monitoring software innovation company. During this turnaround, he secured additional capital, redesigned the product, recruited a new team and secured the company’s first customers. Prior to Televero, Vincent founded, built, sold and consulted to healthcare and technology firms. He’s worked with over 100 organizations and the Who’s Who in the industry, such as GE, American Express, JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, Yale New Haven Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, Sentara Health, Ascension Health, Optima, Kaiser Permanente, GlaxoSmithKline, and the Southern Research Institute, just to name

Innovation for Frog Design and Vice President of Corporate and Global Business Development for Callidus Software (Nasdaq: CALD). While at Callidus, Vincent rebuilt the global business development and alliances organization, crafted the company’s strategic roadmap, directed all M&A activities and helped lead the initial turnaround of this $165 million public software company.
Vincent began his career at NASA and then led the R&D labs at Martin Marietta Aerospace (now Lockheed Martin) where he managed a large part of a $160MM budget aimed at the development of deep space flight instrumentation, robotic systems, predictive analytics and artificial intelligence. Vincent is a sought after thought leader and speaker on topics such as creating the optimal customer experience, design thinking, blockchain, data visualization and IoT. He also is an accomplished musician and self-taught metal sculptor and painter. His artwork can be seen in local galleries and private collections.
